Covid-19 has created a challenging, difficult and uncertain time for us all. It has affected how we operate and behave, however it is for the safety and wellbeing of everyone.
Due to Covid-19 we will be operating table service for breakfast, and we have removed the buffet table range. A selection of pre-packed items, jam, butter and condiments etc will already be placed on your table. Your order for tea / coffee and hot / cooked items items will be taken once seated.
We request all guests to use the hand sanitiser provided and please observe social distancing.
For those staying 3 nights or less, we will not enter your room to replenish the hospitality tray, towels or linen unless you request us to do so. (Tea / coffee / toiletries etc can be provided in pre-packed bags as required)
For those staying 4 nights or more, we will discuss suitable times upon arrival to replenish the hospitality tray, towels and / or linen – if you are happy for us to enter your room.
Some other contingencies have been introduced;
We have removed soft furnishings and any printed collateral in the bedrooms.
Enhanced cleaning schedule for all touch points throughout the building.
TV remotes will be supplied in a cellophane bag.
Both dining rooms will be used for breakfast service to ensure social distancing can be adhered to.
Face coverings to be used when moving throughout the public areas.
Room keys will be sanitised between each use.
Finally and most importantly, please check for travel restrictions before booking and travelling.
